Chloe Brown
Founder & CEO
Chloe is a business strategist and operator with over a decade of experience building and scaling construction and real estate companies like WeWork, as well as early-stage construction technology companies. In her work with businesses, Chloe is often known as the “right-hand” and trusted advisor to owners and CEOs as they launch and grow businesses from pre-revenue up to $50M in annual revenue.
With a people-first leadership style and a sharp mind for operations, Chloe’s passion is helping entrepreneurs take control of the messiest parts of their businesses so they can scale. Through clarifying priorities, building efficient processes, and implementing “set it and forget it” automation, she coaches small teams on how to systemize and scale their business effectively.
You can always count on her for radical candor, accountability, and operational excellence.
Outside of business, Chloe is a mom to two daughters — her greatest accomplishment and her most effective leadership training to date. She’s also a longtime meditation practitioner, outdoorswoman, puppy lover, and passionate chef & food preservation expert.
Erica Mebane
Accounting Operations Manager
Erica is a seasoned accounting professional with more than 11 years of experience strengthening financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency for growing businesses. With deep expertise in multi-entity environments, she has served as an Accounting Manager overseeing complex consolidations, intercompany reconciliations, and detailed reporting across diverse operational structures. Her sharp attention to detail and calm, solutions-oriented approach brings clarity and precision to even the most intricate financial workflows.
Currently completing her master’s degree in Accounting, Erica continues to expand her technical skills in areas such as advanced financial analysis, regulatory reporting, and cost accounting. She blends academic rigor with real-world leadership to ensure that executives have the accurate, actionable data they need to make confident, strategic decisions.
Based in Kentucky, which she proudly calls her “happy place,” Erica balances her analytical nature with an adventurous spirit exploring the outdoors, chasing waterfalls, and spending time with her husband and their two rescued huskies. Whether managing complex financial structures or hiking a new trail, she values precision, perseverance, and a love of the journey.
Robyn Hirschman
Accounting Specialist
Born and raised in South Florida, Robyn brings over 14 years of accounting experience and a deep passion for helping businesses stay organized, efficient, and financially sound. Graduating with a specialized degree in Accounting, Robyn has built her career providing full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting support for a wide range of businesses and industries. Since 2017, she has worked fully remote, combining precision and professionalism with the flexibility and discipline that modern accounting demands.
Known for her reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, Robyn strives to make every client feel supported and confident in their financial picture. She approaches her work with both technical expertise and a genuine care for people.
Outside of work, she’s a devoted mother who loves making memories with her children, volunteering in their school and community, and spending time with family and animals. She finds joy in music, art, crafting, and attending live concerts, and is always eager to learn new tools and software that make work and life more creative.
Whit Brown
Operations Manager
Whit is an operations leader with a passion for keeping visionary businesses running smoothly. With over 10 years of experience supporting high-performing teams across the United States, Whit specializes in translating big ideas into clear, efficient processes that help teams thrive and leaders reclaim their time.
Known for a grounded, strategic approach and a deep appreciation for detail, Whit helps bring clarity to complexity by designing workflows, implementing systems, and creating frameworks that make growth feel sustainable and intentional. Her work ensures that every layer of a business runs with purpose, alignment, and ease.
Grounded in the belief that structure creates freedom, Whit is driven by a desire to help others build companies that not only succeed but feel good to run. Outside of work, she finds balance through the people, places, and things that bring her fulfillment and joy such as exploring the outdoors with her dog, spending meaningful time with loved ones, and pursuing a master’s degree. Whether refining operations or deepening her understanding of businesses, Whit values curiosity, integrity, and balance in all things.
WALLY BROWN

Wally and George are big-picture sniffers with a combined two years and eight months’ experience hiring and training the country’s foremost belly rubbers. Using a diversified napping portfolio, they have successfully launched thousands of hours of snoozes not just at home but across several platforms, including the backseat and the backyard.
As “good boy” focused chew strategists, Wally and George have implemented a multi-level systems snack to effectively scale treats and smiles. As part of the Wildest Dreams team, they offer a robust package of mid-meeting barks while executing high-earning tail wags.
Outside of work, Wally and George enjoy their morning, afternoon, and evening mealtimes. They are avid music lovers who can be found most weekends cruising in their Subaru Forrester to the nearest campgrounds for exotic sniffs and crunchy sticks.
